1. Order Processing Time: 

a. Standard Processing:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

2. Shipping Options:

a. Standard Shipping:

  • Our standard shipping option typically takes 2 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.

b. Express Shipping:

  • For customers who require expedited delivery, we offer express shipping. Express orders are prioritized and typically shipped within 1 business day.

3. Shipping Fees:

a. Standard Ground Shipping:

  • Small Parcel USPS, FEDEX and UPS Items Based on the size and weight of your product, we’ll determine how it should be shipped. For small parcel items, we ship through USPS or UPS. Most items shipped through USPS or UPS are shipped without a signature required. To require a signature, please leave us a note in the comment field in your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

b. Express Shipping:

  • For express shipping, an additional fee will apply. The exact fee will be displayed during the checkout process based on your location and the selected express shipping option.

4. International Shipping:

a. Delivery Time:

  • International shipping times may vary and are subject to customs processing. Please allow additional time for delivery.

b. Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.

5.  Cancellation

  • All Cancellations must be submitted via email customerservice@giftboxgo.com within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order is canceled after 24 hours, we will make our best efforts to cancel the order and will respond to your cancellation request via email. If you purchased an item that is subject to restocking fees and the order has already been placed in production or shipped, a restocking fee will apply.

a. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. GiftBoxGo is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from inaccurate shipping details.
